Synopsis[]
It seems that the exercise craze has recently affected everyone, that is everyone except the elderly millionaire, Mister Steel. Even for the wealthiest of men, the greatest wish in life is to once again acquire a youthful body and Steel has chosen Lupin's as the designated body for his brain transplant. After being lured by Fujiko, Lupin is brought to Steel's mansion, where the brain transplant takes place successfully. Now Steel is roaming around in a strapping young body and ready to have his way with Fujiko, while Lupin is trapped in a geriatric shell. How will the brain scuffle resolve itself?

Differences Between Manga & Anime[]
- Dr. Ichibo was renamed to Dr. Changer, the unnamed man was renamed to Steel and his son was dropped as well as no longer having women by his side.
- The secondary plotline where a man who Steel deals with and he wants to make love to Fujiko was cut out entirely.
- Lupin getting bit by a dog, getting captured and the thought of Fujiko screwing him from sex were dropped. The episode changed to Lupin being involved in a car crash with an ambulance taking him to Dr. Changer.
- Lupin steals the body of Koichi Zenigata rather than from Fujiko.
Mistakes[]
- 17:05-17:16 - Daisuke Jigen's shirt color changes between light blue and white.
Censorship[]
Italian[]
- On the Mediaset TV airings, the scene where Lupin looks at himself in the mirror was edited to remove blonde pin-up, the picture quality is worse than the rest of the episode during this scene. This is an unique edit compared to every other version of the episode.
Note: Due to Fandom policy, the wiki is not allowed to show the uncensored version of this scene.
Notes[]
- Daisuke Jigen and Goemon Ishikawa XIII had threatened to murder Steel and Fujiko Mine in the episode making them more ruthless compared to the rest of the series especially for Fujiko where at most, Goemon slices her clothes.
- The episode is one of the few times in the anime where Lupin is shown to put a disguise on and how he made his face masks.
- The episode is one of the few where Lupin is as cruel and ruthless as his manga counterpart.
- The design of Dr. Changer was loosely based on Daisuke Jigen's character model in terms of his nose, facial expressions, hair and suit. Dr. Changer however is off model in the episode with scenes where he has a larger forehead and a conehead.
- It is implied that, like Fujiko at the end of the original manga chapter, Koichi Zenigata dies at the end of the episode and somehow survives and gets his old body back by the beginning of the next one without an in-universe explanation. The series however is mostly episodic making the events irrelevant, with few continuity references. Of course, there's no consensus of public opinion as to what actually happened to him at the end of the episode; he may have gotten his old body back in time after all.
- This is the first time Lupin that disguises himself as him rather than anyone else or Pops.
